Aaron Stark is a strategist, pilot, and entrepreneur in financial services, committed to the belief that disciplined financial planning can help transform the financial outcomes of those who serve. He currently serves as Founder & CEO of HSI Wealth Strategies, where he leads a team of advisors and specialists dedicated to serving airline pilots, aviation professionals, and their families through comprehensive wealth management, retirement planning, estate planning, and financial planning.
Aaron's path to financial services was shaped by 13 years of active duty in the United States Air Force. A graduate of the Air Force Academy, he flew the KC-135 R/T, instructed in both the KC-135 and T-6, and logged more than 150 combat missions over Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, and Turkey. Upon separating in 2016, he founded HSI Wealth Strategies, building a practice that achieved Court of the Table and Top of the Table recognition within its first five years. Aaron has been recognized with industry honors, including the Life Leader Summit, as well as multiple Regional awards. He has spoken at numerous industry events as a featured guest speaker.
Aaron's approach to advising is rooted in precision and preparation, principles forged during his years in the cockpit and carried into every client engagement. His practice is built on a focused effort to help clients address tax considerations in retirement and for clients' estates, drawing on his deep understanding of the unique financial needs that are common among professional pilots.
At the center of Aaron's personal life are his wife, Kelly, and their four children, Zoe, Sarah, Sam, and Piper, along with granddaughter Yura. In their free time, the family loves to explore the outdoors, waterski and wakeboard, and travel in their private aircraft. Aaron is also an avid cyclist whose favorite ride is the Seattle to Portland Bicycle Classic.
