Chandlee Jackson is a service professional and Air Force officer who brings discipline, discretion, and a genuine focus on people to his work with clients. He currently serves as Service Advisor with HSI Wealth Strategies, where he supports mid-career airline captains and first officers, including those transitioning into the left seat, through attentive service and ongoing support.
Before joining HSI in May 2026, Chandlee built his career in national security. A 2015 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, he served on active duty for over six years, including a tour as a Flight Commander in South Korea, and continues his service in the United States Air Force Reserve, where he holds an active security clearance and serves as an intelligence analyst. That experience shaped the precision and trustworthiness he now brings to client relationships. He is currently completing his FINRA licensing exams as he works toward becoming a lead advisor with the firm.
Chandlee’s approach to client service is simple: listen actively and ensure every client feels they belong. He is drawn to challenges that push him to grow, and he sees financial services as a place where that growth translates directly into impact on clients’ lives.
Outside of work, Chandlee is a man of faith, a classic car enthusiast, a novice golfer, and a devoted Philadelphia sports fan who supports the Eagles, Sixers, Flyers, and Phillies through the up years and the down years. He lives in the Denver Technology Center, close to the HSI office.
Chandlee holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Public Policy from Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy.
