Chase Darden is a financial advisor and Air Force veteran who brings military leadership, financial operations experience, and a disciplined planning mindset to his work with clients. He currently serves as Wealth Management Advisor with HSI Wealth Strategies, where he specializes in serving captains and first officers at major airlines, business owners, and transitioning senior military officers, with a particular focus on reducing lifetime tax burden and increasing after-tax spending capability through retirement.
Before entering financial services, Chase served 12 years as an Air Force Finance Officer. Across assignments in special operations, Europe, the Pentagon, and deployed environments in Southwest Asia and the Horn of Africa, he led financial operations in complex settings and saw firsthand the critical role planning plays in the lives of service members and their families. He also served as Squadron Commander of the 8th Comptroller Squadron and as a Congressional Budget and Appropriations Liaison, helping prepare Air Force leaders for engagement with members of Congress on budget matters.
Chase's approach to advising is rooted in understanding each client's life and financial goals, educating them on the strategies available to them, and then executing with precision and urgency. He believes strong planning should give clients clarity, confidence, and the flexibility to make better decisions over time.
At the center of Chase's personal life are his wife, Alexis, and their growing family. The couple married in May 2025 and are expecting their first child later this year. A former offensive tackle for the United States Air Force Academy football team and an All-Mountain West Conference honoree, Chase enjoys spending time outdoors, coaching football, riding his motorcycle through the Texas Hill Country, and staying connected to the Air Force Academy community through the North Texas Association of Air Force Academy Graduates.
Chase is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, holds an MBA from Oklahoma State University, and earned a Legislative Studies Certificate from Georgetown University.
